1     Overview

    2     Personal Information collected by Us about You

      3     Our use of Your Personal Information

        • With Your consent, for example when You consent to Our use of cookies in accordance with Our Cookie Policy in section 9 below, or when You consent to receive marketing materials from Us.
        • In case We are required so to do by any law or by competent authority.

        ii.             i. You have a right to ask Us for a copy of Personal Information which We may hold about You. You can ask Us to update, correct or delete Your Personal Information.

            ii. You have a right to withdraw consent which You have given to Our processing of Your Personal Information.

            iii. You have a right to object to Our processing of Your data for Our legitimate purposes as described in this Policy. This right may be limited in the event that We demonstrate a legal or other requirement incumbent upon Us for the processing of Your Personal Information. This right may also have consequences for Your usage of the Site, for example if You object to Our processing of Your Personal Information then We may be unable to support Your desired interaction with the Site or information thereon.

            iv. If You wish to make any notification to Us about Your rights, then please do so via the contact details in section 8 below. In case of any query or complaint which You may have about data processing & privacy then You may also contact the relevant statutory authorities; We ask that You would contact Us in the first instance so that We may attempt to address Your concern.

                i. We will retain Your Personal Information for the period in which We require to process it in order to service the objectives described in this Policy.

                ii. We may also retain Your Personal Information for a period beyond that of any transaction which You may make with Us, for example to enable Us to service any legal or contractual obligation which We may have separate to any interaction with You. We will keep this retention under review.

                iii. We will delete Your Personal Information when You ask Us to, unless We demonstrate a legal or other requirement incumbent upon Us for the retention of Your Personal Information.
